Our mission is to support culinary education and life skills development through community-based programs designed to uplift adults facing high barriers to employment. The Joshua Culinary Art Training Program equips participants with the skills needed to secure entry-level jobs in the foodservice industry.

Through hands-on training, students will gain experience in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking, as well as essential front-of-house service skills. Participants will also operate a student-run full-service restaurant, providing them with real-world industry experience. This restaurant will serve as a community dining establishment, delivering healthy and quality dining experiences to underserved communities, reinforcing our commitment to both skill development and community enrichment.
